I am looking for feedback from Supper Clubs that have been formed and have decided on how they want to organize their clubs. I am part of a group of 10 who have formed a club. We met at a local restaurant to meet and decide what next. We are again meeting at one member’s home for a potluck appetizer and dessert to get together and discuss more details. We have decided on a womans only group and will shoot for meeting @ once a month. We are talking about the host member choosing a theme and the others selecting their own recipes and notifying the host of their selection. We will assign certain categories and rotate these at each gathering with the host doing the main dish. We will cook together as much as possible depending on the recipes. We haven’t decided if we will cook from a current cooking light issue or use other light recipes.
