A group of us here in Orange County got together based on posts to the previous BB. We had our first meeting on May 25, at a restaurant in South OC. We are planning our first dinner on June 24, in Las Flores. I don't know how many people we have, as we've continued to get messages from interested people. I do know that we have several in your area (Long Beach, Seal Beach, etc.). Please stay in touch.

Hi Carol. Thanks for the information. If there is room in your group, I would love to join you. I work in the Irvine Spectrum, and am considering a moving south, so it isn't too far for me. If there isn't room, and some of the ladies from North O.C. would like to start a group closer to home, please give them my email address. I appreciate your response to my post. Thanks. I am also interested in joining or forming a supper club for couples or just for ladies. I live in Tustin Ranch. Please let me know if anyone else is interested or if any existing club needs an extra hand(s). Sounds like fun!

There are at least four of us in O.C. that have responded to the most recent bulletin for a supper club. I have everyone's names and email addresses. Let's give it until July 5th (next Wednesday) to see if anyone else is interested. Then, I'll send out an email to all interested and we can meet in a neutral spot for our first meeting (which I do not mind to coordinate with everyone). Talk to you soon.

Hello everyone! Thanks for all of your emails. To all those who have responded, I have made a list of your names and email addresses. To those still interested....email me and let me know quick. Our group is getting large already! =)
Just wanted everyone to know that I'm going to set up the first meeting for sometime AFTER the July 4th holiday. It would save me some time if you could all email me with the following information:

Name, email address, telephone number, city you live in, and the best evening of the week for you to attend our Supper Club. Then, I'll combine all the info and set up our first meeting at a convenient restaurant so that we can map out a plan for our future cooking endeavors. Looking very forward to meeting everyone and whipping up some culinary delights. ~ Heidi

Hi I live in San Pedro. Our South Bay/LA group has had some 18 responses. We met at Cheesecake Factory in July, and formed our first dinner in Aug. - outdoor barbecue theme.

Next meeting is in Sept. 14 Murder Mystery Dinner with menu in Chinese. Next door to Long Beach if they would prefer to joing our group. While we are larger, only 8 new friends showed up first dinner. We are considering dividing group - South Bay(including San Pedro/Long Beach ) from LA area near UCLA campus.

I thought that there were close to 20 people that were planning to meet at the Corner Bakery - I know that Heidi got "derailed" and one other person was at a different CB. Are there other OC people out there who are interested in a Supper Club? I live in the Huntington Beach area. Please reply here or to Barrjse@aol.com. Thanks.
