cooking light software

Hopefully someone can help me. I have been using Cooking Light Cookware software for years. However, they no longer support this software. I have ALL my recipes in this software but I have changed computers and need to transfer from one to the other. I no longer have the program. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this program or does anyone have any suggestions. I can transfer the recipes but I need the program.

Do you mean Mastercook cooking software that had a Cooking Light version attached to it? If yes, then do you know which version this was (Mastercook is currently up to version 9)? With a few more details we might have a better hope of tracking it down for you, or maybe someone has an old version available.
