Any interest for Ft.Collins/Loveland, CO?

We're slowly but surely trying to put together a group in the Fort Collins/Loveland area, but there seems to be a lack of interest. I hope this is just due to the hectic nature of everyone's summer schedule and that more people will be able to join us as the fall approaches. Please reply to this bulletin board and let us know of your interest. We truly look forward to hearing from you.

Hi,
I live in Fort Collins and am home during the day. Any interest in a luncheon club? I'm not ruling out an evening event, it's just that right now a luncheon with other cooks would be easier to schedule.

I'm so glad to see your reply! We're still in the planning stages for this Cooking Light group, so nothing is ruled out as things stand. I think that we were leaning toward a dinner group, but we haven't even discussed a lunch group, so that still might be a possibility. We've got a tentative meeting planned for Wednesday evening, September 27. I'll post more information when the details are certain, but for the moment, it will be at the Coffee Connection at Drake and Shields at 7:30pm. Thanks again for your reply.
