Plain ff yogurt is both fat free and free of added sugar -- except those which naturally occur in milk.

There are various "diet" yogurts including Dannon Lite which is flavored with artificial sweetener I believe but you would have to check the labels as some of the "diet" yogurts are quite high in calories.

I mix yogurt with fruit for breakfast -- sometimes with a dash of vanilla.

I can't stand the flavored yogurts as they taste too sweet and artificial.

There's also a mfg. (Wildwood I think is the name) that makes plain soy yogurt.
The fat isn't saturated and it is hugely lower in carbs because it is make with soymilk.

Plain. Have you tried the greek style yogurt? Gteat consistency, even the 0%fat. Add your own flavorings (I add DaVinci sugar free syrup) and fruit or granola, etc. Yum. Available at Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc.

This is the only brand that I buy now! It's so thick and good...reminds me so much of yogurt cheese...I usually mix w/ a splenda packet or some honey, plus frozen berries....really good! It's available in a single serve size or larger container.
