Supper Club in the Phoenix area?

I am looking for anyone who is interested in a supper club in the Phoenix area.

I am interested, as are several other members. We had a thread going over a month ago but never organized a meeting probably due to the holidays. When I get a minute I will dig up the old posts and try to e-mail the interested parties to jog everyone's interest. January would be a good time for a first meeting perhaps?
