What started out as "let's do this little school" has turned into so much more, and so I need your help as far as where we need to go next.
Here's the details:
We are starting a Chinese Cultural School for local families with children from China. We'll meet one Saturday a month at a local church. We'll have 2 teachers that will make $50 a month each. There is a tuition due up front and while we will spend most of the money during the course of the month we do hope to have a carry over to help with the next year.
What do we need to apply for? just a tax id number?
Do we have to pay any sort of payroll taxes? or do any sort of returns?
Is there something else we should be thinking of?
