My husband volunteered to bring dinner for his men's Bible study. I need something good that will feed 15 men and that isn't too expensive. Thanks!

Might I suggest that you post your message on the "food" thread instead. You'll get many more respones that way.

How about lasagna and salad, rolls???

I second alisajean's suggestion about posting this in the food thread.

Perhaps something like flank steak, which can be cooked whole and then sliced thinly. This tricks the eye into thinking there is more meat (as apposed to a chunk for each person). Also, some kind of side with chat potatoes, and an interesting dressing, would be filling and not too expensive.

Michael Chiarello has some great recipes for cooking for a crowd that I always feel are very "male friendly" :) Easy Entertaining with Michael Chiarello (http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/show_mo)

You could do stuffed cabbage. Beef stew also comes to mind. CL has a great recipe in the recipe section for a beef stew served over mashed potatoes, serve with salad.

I've made the All American Chili (I forget when it was published but you can get it on the website) and get RAVE reviews. All you need to serve with it is cornbread muffins. DEELISH.
I've also done the One Pan Wiskey Flavored Pork Chops (again, just get the recipe from the website) Totally easy and simple to multiply the recipe. I either do simple mashed potatoes or brown rice. You have to serve something to soak up the sauce. Good Luck!
