Could someone help me figure out the correct points per day with the Wendie plan? I googled it, but didn't get a clear answer.

I get 25 points per day.

I found this:

POINTS TARGET - 24 (Weigh 175 - 199 lbs)
• Day 1 - 24 points
• Day 2 - 29 points
• Day 3 - 25 points
• Day 4 - 39 points Super High Day (SHD)
• Day 5 - 24 points
• Day 6 - 28 points
• Day 7 - 26 points


POINTS TARGET - 26 (Weigh 200 - 224 lbs)
• Day 1 - 26 points
• Day 2 - 31 points
• Day 3 - 27 points
• Day 4 - 41 points Super High Day (SHD)
• Day 5 - 26 points
• Day 6 - 30 points
• Day 7 - 28 points


So I'd guess 25 would look something like:

POINTS TARGET - 25
• Day 1 - 25 points
• Day 2 - 30 points
• Day 3 - 26 points
• Day 4 - 40 points Super High Day (SHD)
• Day 5 - 25 points
• Day 6 - 29 points
• Day 7 - 27 points

Jennifer, read the link in the post before you for specifics - in a nutshell it's just a different way of spending your points.
