Good morning!
Today I went to the gym for the 7:45 am Cycling class, and then lifted weights/did exercises for about 20 minutes. Now it's errands, packing up the master bedroom and bath for renovation, and picking up/dropping off kids for the rest of the day.
How about you?

Hi, Martha! It kind of sounds like your workout is ongoing. :D Good job on the cycling and weights, and good luck with the rest!
I did yoga early, then another session before hopping on the treadmill. The first one stretched some formerly unknown muscles I think :o , and I felt like I needed more stretching! Then I did a treadmill run....kind of like intervals because it seems like I had to hop off every 10 minutes or so....dog wants out, dog wants in, phone rings......:rolleyes: I did keep up a good pace while I was on though!

Hi, Kathy and Martha --
Today was water aerobics! The water was pretty chilly to start -- involuntary 'chirp' when the water got up to the naughty bits...;)
The workout was pretty good -- lots of arm and ab work, and my back is sore as a result of that, then going and sitting to sew for 4 hours!:eek: Groan... I think I'll hit the hot tub!;)

Good going, everyone!! I did a badly needed 40 minutes on the treadmill at lunch today.
