Fresno Supper Club

With all this great produce here in the Central Valley, we should be doing some great cooking with fresh ingrediants. I live near the Tower District in a 1932 English Tudor house. I love the cusinies of Italy, Tailand, Japan, and Mexico. Who wants to do some cooking explorations?

I agree and think its a great idea. I'm in the Northwest section of town but have good friends in the Tower District who might be willing to do this. Let me know if you had any other responses.
