I saw your Chinese salad recipe on the salad thread. Did you see the August issue of CL? They lightened up a recipe very similar to yours. If you don't get CL, post back and I will type out the recipe for you.

Thank you for thinking of me, I've actually recieved CL since '94! I saw this recipe but still prefer mine as it is soooooooo easy to make, does not require you to turn on your stove and is very inexpensive. Comparing their ingredients to mine, it appears that they may be similar in nutritional value (I hope). If not, sometimes hassel free is worth it!
