Anyone working out today? I did a 40-minute full body weight workout today. I was bummed to miss kickboxing class, but still worked up a sweat by not resting in between sets. Also logged on and found a couple of stretches for the plantar fascia, so hopefully I will be back "in the saddle" soon:)

Hi, Sheila!
I just got cleaned up from my work out -- went to the Y and ran around the track for 30 minutes (my longest run yet since starting to run again!) and did 30 minutes on the arc trainer.
Hope those stretches work out better for you than the icing did!

Good job ladies! Way to go on your longest run, Jackie! Sheila, I think I may have asked you already, but do you use any kind of shoe insert? My mom and DH BOTH have had problems with plantars fasciatis, and they both got a lot of relief with inserts although I know they don't work for everyone. Hope your new stretches help!
I did some yoga today, and also a light weight workout. I am making an effort to do weights twice a week because I am pretty sporadic about it usually.
ANyone else have anything to report?
