Please post with a response. Also, I know we have a mix of singles and marrieds. Should we make it ladies only or mix in the men? Please advise; let's finish the organizing and get to the food!!!

Please help. The board is much easier to handle than all the emails and I am afraid we may now have too many people for the club. Can we set a deadline of July 7 (next Friday) to post, not email, a commitment to the club? If we have too many takers we can divide into two clubs. One person suggested an organizational meeting and I would like to do that the week after the Fourth. Thanks so much-- I love the emails but it is too hard to communicate one-by-one.

An organizational meeting sounds like a great idea. I work M-F 8-5 and I am not available on Monday or Wednesday evenings in July. Any other time would work for me. Maybe we could meet at a coffee shop or something.

How about Thursday evening the 13th at 8 p.m.? There is a great coffee shop near Cleveland and Ford Parkway called The Bean Counter--next to the Highland Grill. Is that too inconvenient--I got a few messages from people that sounded as if they lived in Mac-Groveland/Highland/Merriam Park.
