Supper Club in St. Louis/Metro-east

I'm looking for Cooking Light readers in the St. Louis and/or metro-east area that are interested in getting together to cook from a current issue of CL. I live in Highland, IL, which is approx. 35 miles NE of downtown St. Louis.
