First Get-Together for Cincinnati Group

To everyone who has said they're interested in a Cooking Light Supper Club in Cincinnati:

We are trying to schedule a date to get together for the first time so we can start setting up how our group will work. We are proposing to meet on a weeknight at a restaurant that is fairly centrally located. We'd like to do this either the 2nd or 3rd week of September (11th-14th or 18th-21st). Please let me know ASAP which of these dates will work for you, so we can hopefully find one that is good for everyone and get it on our calendars soon.

Also, please give me input on what time we ought to meet AND suggestions of restaurants.

I'm so excited we're moving along! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif There are 3 nights that are not good for me - the 14th, 19th, and 20th. Other than that, I'm open.

As for restaurants, maybe something in Hyde Park, like Tellers, or something in the Kenwood area would be good, but I'm up for anything! I'm usually out of work by 5 or 6, so anytime after that is good for me.

I've heard from most of the others via e-mail, and it looks like we can't find a date that will work for everyone during those two weeks. So I now would like to find out everyone's availability for weeknight evenings during the weeks of Sept. 25, Oct. 2, and Oct. 9.

In the future I think we should try to set dates for the next event while we're all together. That should make it much easier!

Hopefully that gives us enough possibilities to find a day that actually works.

At this point, it looks light there are just 3 nights out of those weeks that are not good for me - Sept 28, Oct 3 and Oct 4. The Oct 4th date is somewhat flexible, so if that date ends up being good for everyone else, I can change my schedule.

I was just wondering if a date has been set for the Cincinnati get-together? My schedule is starting to fill up (in addition to the other dates I listed I will not be available on Sept 26). If we are having a difficult time finding a weekday night, how about a Saturday afteroon for lunch? Just a thought.

I'm looking forward to getting started!
