Need ideas for appetizers

Any suggestions for easy to make, healthy appetizers? Ideally if they can be made 1-2 days in advance and served cold or don't need much time in the oven - my oven never seems big enough when I give a party.

I love the Mexican Black Bean Dip & the Spinach-Artichoke dip, both by cooking light. Guests love it & no one knows it light!
