Happy Monday everyone!
This morning I did a modified yoga workout (modified to accomodate my right shoulder and left foot which are still recovering from skiing......this may take a while longer than I hoped!).
Then I did another easy 3 miles on the TM while watching 24. Who knew your shoulder moves so much when you jog???? At least I was moving though.
Next? :)

Thanks for starting us off Kathy. Hope your shoulder gets better soon! :)
I am so proud of myself..I swam for 20 minutes this morning before work and then on lunch I managed to get in another 20 minutes of the treadmill. I was feeling pretty guilty because I sort of over-indulged yesterday on all kinds of probably-not-so-healthy for you treats and desserts. Eating all kinds of fruits & veggies today and with the 2 workouts, I think I have somewhat redeemed myself. ;)

I soooo wish I cold go to the gym.....
I broke my left foot on March 7th and I have to wear an air cast 24/7 for 5 more weeks. I've only had it for 2 weeks and I am so OVER it.
PS. Last summer I broke my right foot and was out of commission from June to November!!!

Ouch! I somehow missed your post (if you made one) when you broke your foot. I can't imagine....and don't want to imagine it!...having my foot in a cast for that long. Wishing you a very speedy 5 weeks!!!!!
I just did 40 minutes on the treadmill.

Me! Again. I'm back. Again. :D Hey, at least I'm not totally giving up.
We're going on a cruise with some friends in July and have started a workout challenge. Everyone put $200 into a pot, winner takes all, or we all split if there is a tie. We earn 1 point per workout, with a max of 3 points per week. We each got to define out own workouts- for me it's 45 minutes of exercise. I'm determined not to lose my $200! The best part, besides being in shape, is that you have to spend the money on yourself, not on bills, etc.
To kick off my adventure I did 25 minutes on the elliptical, then another 20 of weights and sit ups.
Sorry for the novel. It's good to be back!

Krista, what a great idea for motivation! Good luck with keeping your money (and maybe multiplying it)! :)
