View Full Version : I'm going to see Rachel Ray!

My niece received four tickets for Rachel Ray for a taping next week in NYC.
My two sisters, niece and I will be going up the night before, I'm so excited. Although I'm not a huge fan of Rachel, I'd go see any of the celebrity chefs do their thing.

If anyone else has seen her show, any recommendations on how early we need to be in line? They recommend being there at 9:30 for an 11:30 taping.

I'll report back afterwards and let you know the details.

That sounds like it would be really fun - and I'm not that big of a RR fan myself. I think it would just be a great experience to be in the audience for her show. Let us know how it goes!

That sounds like fun, please do let us know how it goes! Oh, and last time I went to NYC I got lots of advice from CLBBers on where to eat! So I'm sure if you have questions like that, this is the place!

It was interesting to read the Audience FAQs posted above; I would never think they'd ban white shirts, etc. I wonder what they'd do if you showed up in a shirt that said "I (heart) EVOO"?!? :p

Well the taping was cancelled and we were not able to reschedule for the alternate date (which was the day before) due to schedules. Also, one of my sisters ended up spending four days in the hospital due to diverticulitus.

I wanted to be sure to let you know since you were all so nice to respond.
Hopefully we'll get another chance to get up to NY to see one of the chefs sometime soon.

Well that stinks! I'm sorry that you didn't get to go to a taping. I'm also very sorry for your sister and I hope that she's okay.
