yeah, summer eating is finally here! Lets trade light recipes, find foodie field trips for the northshore area, devise a safe shopper/healthy eating lists. I have ideas from my fitness club, friends and keep keeping an eye out for a fitter lifestyle...
I think its harder to keep up this attitude with the weather here (easier in the southwest!!)but we relish summer when it gets here. Looking for southwest/mex healthy recipes especially....
