Hi. My hubby just got me Calphalon augratin pan 13x9 oval 2 handles.Any ideas what I can use it for???

Sorry, late at night, I couldn't help myself. I have a copper au gratin thatwas left behind in a prior home and unclaimed. I was pleased to get it, but found I never used it.

Ah... Vanessa. My jealousy doth run over!!

You'll love that pan -- make paella, jumbalaya, veggie stews -- pretty much anything that might go from stovetop to oven. I'm sure you'll think of something truly unique!

Lucky you, Vanessa! About paella - didn't people have good reviews about that recipe for paella from a few issues back (I believe it was the CL wine columnist who developed it)? It sure looked good!
