Online Exchange?

Hi Folks!
Anyone interested in an 'online supper club'?
We could exchange southern style menus, try them out on the same nights then report back to one another on how we did? Does this site already have a variation of this idea?

Well, we have three so far...Let's think about how we want to do this. Any ideas can be emailed to me direct or just book mark this thread.
Maybe we could all try one menu together on a certain weekend each month.
Then we could regroup and see how we did? We are getting to that time of year when we cook out a little more- maybe we could think about a spring brunch or something?
