Help! Sub sour cream for yogurt!

I'm making Molasses-Oat Banana Bread and it calls for 1/3 cup plain low fat yogurt. I don't have any, but I do have some low fat sour cream. Wouldn't that work just as well?

Well, I just read Linda's thread on the Lemon Creme Cupcakes and see she subs one for the other, so I think that answers my question! Those cupcakes sound wonderful!

They are interchangeble in baking as far as I know, I do it all the time.
