Hi, I live in Edmond too. I might be interested in a supper club, depending on how often we would be doing it.

Sounds great to me! I live in Oklahoma City and would definitely be interested in starting a supper club here in the OKC metro area.

Are you free the weekend of the 21st for all of us to meet?

I think I could get a babysitter either Sat. 22 or Sunday 23, if either of those dates work for anyone else.

Either one, just let me know so I can try and get a sitter, or if we do it Sunday, maybe we could do it during the afternoon.

Lets meet Sunday, July 23rd at 4:00 (early dinner, still lets people get to church if they want to). I'll take a vote - Red Rock (on Hefner Lake) or Panera (2nd and Bryant in Edmond). E-mail me to tell me where you want to meet - majority rules.

CAROLYN AND I SPOKE TODAY REGARDING THE SUPPER CLUB. BASICALLY, NO ONE ATTENDED THE SUNDAY AFTERNOON GET-TOGETHER!! (I WAS OUT OF TOWN--SO INCLUDE ME IN THE "NO-SHOW" GROUP). I KNOW THAT SOME OF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN--WHAT IF WE PICKED A PLACE JUST TO GET TOGETHER TO MEET EACH OTHER? IF WE CHOSE BARNES/NOBLE OR A PARK, THE KIDS COULD BE ENTERTAINED WHILE WE AT LEAST DECIDED ON THE FORMAT OF OUR SUPPER CLUB. WE ARE ONLY COMMITTING TO GOOD FOOD, DRINK AND NEW FRIENDS. WE WOULD LIKE YOUR FEEDBACK, PLEASE.

P.S. CAROLYN SOUNDS LIKE A PRETTY GOOD COOK. I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO MEETING HER AND EATING HER FOOD!!

Would it be easier if we met at Hefner Lake or Hafer Park? We could at least get things going.

Or we could try Red Rock this time (Diane raves about it). I've not been there and it is supposed to be good.

I just need a little feedback here. Give me some dates and I will organize the meeting.

Thanks, Carolyn

WILL THE MEMBERS WITH SMALL CHILDREN WHO ARE UNABLE TO GET A SITTER LET US KNOW ABOUT THEIR PREFERENCE ON A PARK LOCATION, PLEASE?

I WORK UNTIL 1:00 EACH DAY BUT AM ASSUMING THAT MOST OF THE MEMBERS WORK FULL TIME. SO WILL IT BE AN EVENING OR WEEKEND? I WILL BE AVAILABLE.
