25th Anniversary Gift Ideas

I need a gift for a 25th anniversary. I do not know them too well. They are the parents of one of DH's employees. The only thing that I really know about them are that they are pretty religious, but we are not the same religion so I don't want to step on any toes with something that may offend.

Any ideas?

Perhaps just a nice picture frame that says 25th Anniversary, or a gift certificate for dinner at a local restaurant, or a bottle of champagne?

Isn't the 25th the "silver anniversary"? I was going to suggest a nice silver picture frame.

How about a silver letter opener with their Initial on it. You can get them at a good jewelry store.
