B-Day gift ideas for DF?

My father's 52nd birthday is on Saturday and I have no idea what to get him. He is so hard to buy for. He doesn't currently have any hobbies to speak of, though he is very interested in motorcycles and plans on getting a Harley in the near future. I was thinking about a gift card for a restaurant, but that's what I usually get him and I wanted something a little more thoughtful.

Is he in to giving back through charity? I have gift certificates to Kiva.org to my dad and stepmom and aunt and uncle for Christmas and they were a huge hit. Actually, I need to check in with them and see who they loaned the money to.

You could get him some harley gear in preparation for the new harley or maybe a book on good cruising motorcycle rides in his neck of the woods.

How about a motorcycle magazine for dreaming of his future purchase?
At Amazon they have books on how to change your oil in your Harley, how to customize your Harley, Guide to maintenance. My husband is about that age and he would love to read those....and he will NOT be getting a Harley!!!

Is he computer savy at all - maybe a thumb drive or a wifi meter

Is he into trivia or weird facts - I am buying many of the men in my family MENTAL FLOSS magazine for their birthday this year.
