It must be destiny! I rarely read the Bonita Banner, but, for whatever reason this morning, I turned through my rain wet copy and came upon your article Kristen! I have been enjoying Cooking Light for over a year now. I plan my weekly menus around the recipes from each issue. Cooking is certainly more fun, as well as great tasting - and I no longer come home from work and ask myself "what should I cook for dinner". I already have it planned out....

LuLuChef, I am interested in starting a supper club (shocked aren't you) in the area. I hope more people respond and we really get something going because I really love to cook and think this really could be a lot of fun. I love Cooking Light too. If only I could talk myself into doing all the exercises they publish!

Looks like we may finally get rolling!. Welcome Kit. Now that there are three of us listed on here and I have talked to a few other people who may be interested in joining us, I vote we meet some eveing and chat about how to set this up. The only evening that is really bad for me is Thursday, doesn't matter the week but Thursdays are usually work late nights.
I'm looking forward to meeting you and getting this thing started. I'm hungry!
