Rarely do I get to say anything positive about retail companies, but I just placed an order for a few Memory Books from Snapfish. If you're not familiar with the product, it basically creates a digital scrapbook and allows you to add titles and captions on the pages. I personalized them for the grandparents and when I received the confirmation I realized I ordered the wrong one. I called them within 10 minutes of placing the order and (while I think it must be highly unprofitable for them) they cannot cancel the order. Instead, they will allow me to return it for full refund plus paid shipping plus 10% off my next order. I had a hard time believing it (especially since it was my mistake), but they sent me an e-mail to confirm.
