Starting a Supper Club in Dallas, Richardson

This is the first time I have read the forums and I am not too sure what a supper club is! It sounds like fun! I have been a diehard cooking light fan for the last four years. I live in Allen and would like to hear from you about what a supper club actually is. Thanks!
