Tomorrow (Monday) morning, I have an interview for a principal position in my district. The competition is stiff, as there are lots of qualified people in line to apply. I've spent the day reviewing pertinent research and refining my mission and vision as an instructional leader, but I still feel woefully under prepared. :o Please send me good thoughts. :)

It's over! Thanks for the good advice and good thoughts. While I have done a small amount of Monday morning quarterbacking, for the most part, I think I answered well. I would give myself a 90%. ;) Of course, the other candidates are also sharp and well prepared. So, now it's just back to work and wait for the announcement next week. :)
