Can you believe it?? I've never ordered from there before. swwwwooooon! What service! I ordered on Sunday, order arrived today by 10:00 a.m.

Love the shoes and love Zappos! Be sure and search the internet before you order for whichever shoes you plan to order - zappos also price matches! So if you find them online anywhere else for less, call the 800 number and order and have the website available where you found them for less. The shipping is still free both ways. It's a GREAT deal and the best way to shop, IMO! Enjoy the shoes! I like the white sandals. :)

Their service really is to die for. They sat on the phone with me when several pumps I liked were out of stock and tried so hard to find something I'd like.

They must get new inventory constantly because I just found a shoe yesterday that wasn't there the day before and I actually liked it better.

I'm a fan. Ordered sandals two weeks ago for the first time. Two pairs in 2 sizes since I was not familiar with the brand. Sent back the 2 larger pairs and my account was credited within a few days. So, being so impressed with their service, ordered at 10 pm EST a Fossil summer bag and had it by 1pm the next day and this was to a different address than my billing address. This could be addictive!!!
