Adventurous cooks/eaters in Tulsa?

I'm a 20 something in the mid-town area who would love to get together and do some cooking and eating with other Tulsans. I really love Thai and other hot and spicy types of food. A supper club sounds like a great answer to "what are we having for dinner tonight?"
