Baltimore marathon?

Has anyone run it? I'm getting the itch to do another race and the timing of that one works well.

I've been looking for reviews of it, and have been unable to find any. What's the crowd support like? What's the topography? Is it well organized?

Any input would be appreciated!

I haven't run that particular race, so don't have any firsthand knowledge. I have run in the area, though, and I'd bet it's a nice race. Pretty, scenic downtown by the water. The places I've run have been mostly flat for the most part, but I've only done 4-6 miles.

If you're not familiar with this site yet, be sure to check out marathonguide.com. It's a great site for race reviews. I don't think they filter, either, so you'll get some honest stuff.

My brother was going to do it the last time, (he lives in Baltimore) but he sprained an ankle and couldn't. I believe he went and watched.

The official website for it is here (http://www.thebaltimoremarathon.com/site3.aspx), and I see they have a topography map - the maximum feet above sea level you get to is 250.
