Hi, all!

Rainy weather in KC, so I did 45 min on the treadmill with a few intervals thrown in. The usual yoga first thing this AM, too.

What's everyone else up to today?

Hi Kathy! Thank goodness for indoor exercise when the weather is bad.:) Today I did 35 minutes on the Nordic Track.

Hi, gals! Hey Kathy, send some of that rain to Alabama, would you? We're having a drought!

I did 70 minutes in the pool -- the first 10 were walking around trying to warm up the water, and then our usual aerobics! By the end of 15 minutes, we were plenty warm!:D

Hello Kathy, Peggy and Kay! Great workouts today!

Today was 30 minutes running, 30 minutes Pilates, and 30 minutes weightlifting (upper body only). Oh, and I just got back from a nice long walk on my lunch hour, too.

Excellent work, ladies!

I went to kickboxing again this morning (yikes - that's 3 days in a row:p ) - another great class. Tomorrow is a planned rest day!

Good going, everyone! I did an upper and lower body workout today...lots of weights and a bunch of different machines. I didn't get to post on Tuesday when I did 40 minutes on the treadmill. I'm back in class this week and have to stop my nearly every day trips to the gym.
