We're planning to watch tomorrow night on ABC. DD saw the listing and she was amazed that the Scripps Spelling Bee was REAL... she recently watched "Akeliah and the Bee" and thought the spelling bee was made up, I guess.

A great documentary about the Bee is called Spellbound and it's maybe 8 years old. I met a parent of one of the kids in that movie (she's on the bonus features part of the DVD) on another BB.
