I'm interested. I'm in Rochester, but I don't mind traveling on weekends. Let me know what's going on.

Sorry it took so long for me to respond back. Looks like we're up to 4 people. Would like to wait a little longer to see if maybe we could get one or two more. Let me know if you're still interested.
Ciao for now!

I'm interested too, if there's still room. I can't say my cooking skills are great at this point, but I'm ready to learn more.

I am in the Ithaca area and also would love to start or join a supper club. If it's people you need I have me, a friend and my mother-in-law who are interested. Driving to Syracuse doesn't bother me a bit as long as once in a while we could come here too! Please count me in and count two others as well. Thanks!
Shannan:)

I'm interested in joining a supper club in the cny area. Did anyone start one yet? I love the recipes in cooking light, and mainly do vegetarian cooking. I'm in Cazenovia and wouldn't mind up to a 45 minute drive.

Do we have enough people, or should we wait for a few more?

If I'm counting correctly (including Shannan's two friends) it looks like there are 14 people interested. That's sounds like a great start. This is my first "supper club", so I'm not sure the easiest way to try and get everyone together. What do y'all think?

I am meeting with 3 people tomorrow in Ithaca. We had thought to start our own here in Ithaca, locally. It is a little easier for us with driving. I will pose the question about the Syracuse Club and see what the concensus is. If anyone is close to Ithaca. We will be meeting at the Ithaca Bakery on Meadow Street at Noon on Tuesday, Sept. 11. Bring a copy of Cooking Light so we know who you are :)
Thanks
Shannan:D

I think the easiest way to start would be to have everyone email one person with times and dates in the next 2-3 weeks that do or do not work for an initial meeting, and then they pick the time and date that suits the majority.
If there's someone who feels this is "their baby", they could be the contact, maybe Debra or Sherry. If not, I could do it, but I'll be out of town for a few days.

Hi everyone,
I was thinking that we could meet on October 13th. That should give everyone enough notice at Kahunaville Restaurant at the Carousel Mall. I thought that the mall would be easy enough for everyone to find. What do you all think? ;)

Looks like we've got 4 still interested. Do you guys want to shoot for the 2nd or 3rd weekend in January to have our first meeting? With the Holidays and all right now it's probably too busy for people plus that may give a few more people a chance to join in. What do you guys think?

That sounds fine with me! I agree that we might get a few more folks interested after the holidays. This will be fun!
