Hola, I am interested in forming or joining an existing cooking club for latinas. I would like to focus on "lightening up" the traditional latino dishes we all know and love.

Even though I am not a latina, I love Latina food and would love to have opportunities to lighten up my favorites...(and enjoy them!)... I am definitely interested.... and live in the nyc area..
