It looks like the last time she posted was the end of April. I've always enjoyed hearing her sweet "voice."
She has occasionally alluded to some health problems, so I'm hoping she's okay. Anybody know?
Dreamer, you out there in the ethers? :p

Hmm - I wonder. Didn't she recently move? Heck - time goes so quickly for me her move could have been a long time ago. I hope things are okay.

Have you trying sending her a PM? I get an email notification when someone PMs me - so if I fall off the face of the earth here I'm probably still checking my email.

Yes, she did move awhile back. I remember her saying she's a very private person and didn't like having the movers tromping through her house. Maybe other things have taken precedence in her life since the move.
I will try a PM. I thought maybe someone else knew what she's up to, since I can't always visit here as consistently as I'd like.
ETA: Hmm, looks like she doesn't have the PM option activated.

I had been planning to stay in BB-hibernation for awhile yet, due to busyness, etc., but after noticing a birthday thread for me and posting to say it was nice to be remembered, Stacy 7272 told me of this thread. I know there are many of you who have posted a lot more and a lot longer than me, so it really touched me to be remembered/missed.
The reason I've been absent isn't the medical stuff (though that remains a challenge), but busyness- Late last year DH & I made a big move: inter-state, major climate change, etc. We also made the mistake of lightening our load too much before we moved, so it has been hard to get settled (memo to self: do not get rid of ALL your old furniture before a move. ) Anyway we are still trying to beat down the chaos from all the changes, and get things under control. It's going to take awhile yet.
BTW, I have never known what Private Messaging is. Maybe someone can fill me in on how it's different from emailing.
One thing I did do that felt like a welcome change from this year of settling in was to go on the CL Cruise this month!!! I have been meaning to post about it, as I haven't seen another thread on it, so I think I'll take a few minutes and start one. BTW, I saw the other thread wondering where Peggy was lately, and when I searched threads about the cruise, I saw one from a long time ago where she said she was planning to go on it in '07. So maybe that's where she's been.
Anyway, until the pace settles a little, I probably won't be able to post much. But I remember you all fondly!

Hi Dreamer!
Great to "see" you! Sometimes other things do take precedence over our cyberlife. :p Sounds like you've had a challenging year. Most of us tend not to scale down enough when we move. I didn't know it was possible to go too far the other way!
I'm glad you took the chance to go for the cruise. You probably needed the break.
PM's are different from e-mail in that PM's are among members of this BB only, whereas anyone in the world who has your e-mail address can send you an e-mail message. If you want to receive PM's, you have to go to your User CP and enable that option. It's just a way to communicate privately with people here without having to give out your e-mail address.

Hi Generic! Thanks for your note!
Thanks for explaining PMs, too. I'll have to think about that.
Hopefully I'll get to visit the BB more as time goes on!
