I am interested in a program to store my many recipes, both from Cooking Light and other sources.

Has anyone used this MasterCook program and will it allow me to store other recipes besides the ones included on the CD?

Any information anyone can give is most appreciated.
Thanks

As a matter of a fact, right before I came to check out the CL bulletin board, I was importing some recipes into my Master Cook CL 5.0. I love it! You can import recipes from any program, web page, word document...whatever! AND, there is a MasterCook site where you can get additional inports. Have not done much with them, but from the ones I have imported, they appear to be user-posted recipes. But all in all, I love the program...find it extremely helpful. You can easily cut a recipe in half or double it - whatever. The program does all of the calculations for you. You also have the ability to print out recipes (for sharing maybe) in alot of really fun or elegant formats. All recipes I have now go into my MasterCook database. Hope this helps! I really do not think you would be disappointed with the purchase! In fact, I bought one for my sister this Christmas.
