JenD: my understanding of a supper club is a time where a bunch of people get together and cook and chat and eat. Usually the food revolves around a theme,(e.g.Mexican;vegitarian) and then the host organizes the recipes and the quests bring the ingrediants needed for there recipe and make and serve the night of the event. They are alot of fun, espically if you enjoy cooking...Hope this helps.
