Hi! I will be moving to SE CT this summer. My husband has been transferred to New London. I would love to help start/join a Supper Club. I am an original member of the "Sarasota Supper Club" where I live in FL. We've been active for about 9 months and I will really miss my club here. We found eachother over the CL boards...so keep posting!

Hi, there!

Since posting, Mares Inn has heard from our group. There's a club that is nominally in the Hartford area, but which is actually all over the map of Connecticut, with members in New Haven, Canton, Windsor, Wethersfield and West Hartford. You're welcome to join us, if you wish, or try to get something going here.

We've been operating since September, and have had a lot of fun. In fact, we're having a meeting tomorrow with the theme of 'breakfast for supper'.

Let me know if you would like to be included in our exchanges (we're going mostly by email now, but do check the boards, as well) and we'll be delighted.

Welcome to CT!

Well, we just had our meeting last night (the 'Hartord area' - for which read 'all over Connecticut' supper club') and the next meeting is scheduled for 8/7 (Tuesday night) at a restaurant.

Times are flexible and people are always welcome.

Check the Hartford Supper Club board for info.

If you want to try to set up something closer to you, I suggest you start a thread in this slot and title it 'Connecticut Coast Supper Club', or something of the sort.

I was connected to this thread by the Saybrook area group. Are there still interested folks in the Norwich/New London areas?
