I am hoping someone out there might have a recipe idea to help use up a bag of frozen sugar snap peas. How would you prepare?
For the month of August, I am trying to use up pantry/freezer items and would welcome any suggestions to use up the peas. I have been ignoring them for awhile.;)
Thank you in advance!

I enjoy a simple saute of the peas and split baby carrots. I split the baby carrots lenghtwise. Season with s/p and a little nutmeg. Add in a splash of veg broth and cover for just a couple minutes until the peas are heated through and still bright green. :D

I have been going through tons of Sugar Snap Peas! I love to make up a simple stir fry w/ whatever veggies I have on hand (lately it's been the peas, red bells, broccoli, cauliflower, edamame, onions and mushrooms) and I serve it over ww couscous or brown rice.

This is a great CL recipe that I make all the time. Its Sugar-Snap-Pea-Salad with Ginger-Soy Dressing.
Hopefully this link will work. I'm not a big poster here so am not sure how to post links.
