Posting messages/my unique problem

Hi Maelynn,

Remember this from late June? Having never heard back from you, I wondered if we'd gotten any answers.

"...I've developed another odd quirk. When logging in to post a reply, I will often get a message telling me there is no Gail registered (or that I'm not authorized to edit my previous reply.) When I back up to
the screen, my password has vanished. Sometimes re-entering my password
yields the same results, so I go back to re-enter all information. I get a
little drop-down box with my name recorded twice. Clicking on the top Gail
gives me a password, the second Gail does not. I'm assuming this is a
quirk of Windows 95, but I don't know how to make it go away. If your techs
have any suggestions, I'd be grateful. At times it's very annoying!"

Thanks for getting back to me. Since your 6/21 message indicated you were sending my message to the techs, things seemed a little inconclusive.

I'm going to try a few other avenues rather than reinstall the browser-- at this point, it's been done sooo many times, I don't relish the thought of doing it again. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/frown.gif Thanks for trying to help.
