A Silly Question from a New Member

I am new to bulletin boards and a technical moron. Is there a way to spellcheck a post prior to sending?

No, this particular software doesn't offer a spell check feature. It does allow you to edit your own post, however. If you post and later, find that you've misspelled a word, you can go back in and change it by clicking on the icon at the top of your post with the little pencil.

Another option would be to type the text for your post into a word processing program (Microsoft Word, Wordperfect, QuarkXPress) and use the spell-check feature with that software - then copy and paste into the bulletin board post.

One note: as you will see - the members of this bulletin board community are very forgiving and friendly. A few misspelled words aren't going to offend anyone.

Thanks for the info. I'll probably go with the cut and paste method - it's not all that different from how I sometimes keep the rest of my life in order!
