Anyone ever build a Sunset House?

We're probably going to end up buying a plot of land and have a home built in the next year. The town we are moving to is pretty small, so the housing stock is small... if we want a house to move into right away we probably be luckier building our own. They have a new development planned, but it seems like you can bring your own plans. We have been looking around on the internet and seem to like some of the Sunset homes...

does anyone have experience? Or other home design experience they would like to share?

Also what is the time frame from start to finish? Seems like we will need to get started very very soon if we want to move in July 08?
