Starting a Cooking Light Supper Club

Can anyone give us some helpful hints regarding starting a supper club? We are discussing the possibility with another couple in the neighborhood but would like to have the benefit of any suggestions others who have done this might have! Thanks!

you may want to post this to the individual supper club boards. They're the pros at this - many of them have gone through the initial supper club set-up process and would probably have some good tips for you.
