Need help: one of my favorite restaurants closed (Mario's in Wilmington/Claymont, Delaware), and I would love to get the recipe for their chicken - or something close to it.
The recipe took breast filets, which I think were pounded, and used fresh tomatoes, some wine, spices (possibly tarragon) and ended up being run under the broiler with a little cheese.
I've checked www.allrecipes.com (http://www.allrecipes.com) to see what they were able to give, and no luck. I think the important thing was that the recipe used fresh tomatoes.
Anyone have any clues?
