Big Brother 8/16 **Spoilers**

My 2nd favorite show of the summer has reached it's halfway point and......






I am so upset that Dick is still around. Ugggghhhh. He just makes me cringe. I don't enjoy watching his antics nor do I consider him good entertainment. They had their chance to get him OUT (this cast has not learned from the infamous Dr. Will). Oye.

I'm not even sure who to root for now. I only know that I don't want Dick or Danielle to win. I was sorry to see Dustin go last night.

So, what is everyone else thinking about this?

I don't think Daniele has a chance of winning. She has such a massively unfair advantage over everyone else it isn't funny and therefore doesn't deserve to win.

Jen has played an awesome game and based on that probably does deserve to win but who know if she will??? I have no idea who will win at this point.

Although I think Dick shouldn't say some of the things he says, Dick and Daniele are my favorite players. I was so happy when they voted Dustin out. And, I think it is great that D&D figured out that Eric was up to no good (albeit not really of his own doing). I don't think America likes the others either, as seen by the votes/situation that Eric has been given. I really can't stand Amber and her crying and both Amber & Jameka thinking god is determining their plays in the game. I think those two are very hypocritical in what they say and do. I saw some footage from the show (footage that wasn't shown on tv) on youtube of Amber making some bad remarks about Jewish people.

I really hope Daniele wins, but I doubt she will. I think she is a smart player, but the numbers are against her. Jen is a good player but, I can't stand her and I hope she goes next. If not her, Amber.

I think both Dick and Daniele are vile. I especially loved Daniele's rant to the other players about how they hold her father's behavior against her, and then how she was shown smirking as he ranted at them and banged pots and pans in an effort to help her stay in the house. Can't have it both ways, my dear. And she whiiiiiiines constantly. But my intense dislike of Dick is based on viewing some incidents that occurred on the live feeds, but were not included in the show, in which he made violent sexual threats against both Jen and Dustin. It makes me angry to see how he's edited for TV.

Personally I think the other houseguests were fools to keep Dick- aside from getting rid of the psychological abuse, there is no stronger alliance in the house than D & D; why not break it up now??

I don't really care for any of the remaining players and haven't really liked the whole America's Player twist, so why I'm still watching is a mystery. :o

As for Amber, I just want her to put on some lipstick just once--it would help so much with her overall appearance. She looks like she doesn't have any lips and when she cries it makes it so much worse!

I went online to vote to save Dustin because I like him and I started reading some of the chat stuff there. Oh my. They write some terrible stuff to each other just because they have different opinions of reality show people. :rolleyes: Anyway, someone posted some clips from Dick's ranting and you're so right, they edit like crazy. The stuff we see is bad enough but the stuff they don't show (probably can't) is beyond terrible.

America's player is falling apart! I don't know why Eric doesn't just decide to forfit some of the challenges. Like giving Jessica the silent treatment? I don't think he should have even tried to do that. I feel bad for Eric that he has to do the bidding of people who don't seem to have his best interest at heart. Dustin knows that Eric was the bad guy and since he's on the jury he won't be voting for Eric. That sucks. I like Eric and I'm currently hoping that he is the one who wins. I love how he tries to keep a positive attitute about this whole thing that is possibly going to ruin his game and chances of winning.

Because he gets $10k every time he successfully completes a challenge. He's probably thinking that he'll get whatever money he can because he may or may not win the whole shabang.

I'm wrong. I just looked up Big Brother 8. It says he gets $10k for every 5 challenges he completes. I thought Julie Chen said it was every time. Still, it's money that the others aren't getting. I'd still do the challenges.

It's like a train wreck. :p

Every year my brother starts yapping about the show in emails and then I tune in to see the same crap ... but this year is the worst! So many whiners! I actually liked Dr. Will last year and realize that Evil Dick is the only one providing an ounce of entertainment this year as sick as it might be.

Evil Dick might be considered entertainment to some, but in my opinion, I don't enjoy watching him at all. If what they show on tv is the nicer evil dick, I really feel for the people living in that house with him. He is cruel and does not deserve to win.

I think Eric should've thrown some of his challenges so all fingers don't point to him when something fishy happens.

Maybe I'll start rooting for Jessica...
