Has anyone tried this one yet? It's the marinated flank steak with corn, tomatoes and garlic bread. I was thinking about making it for dinner tonight.

This interested me also but I haven't tried it yet. If you do make it, let us know how you like it.

I have not tried this one yet, but it is near the top of my list. I have been making another CL flank steak recipe recently that I have really enjoyed - Peppered Flank Steak. Please post when you try it!

It's on the menu for Sunday night. I'll be sure to post the results then.

As promised, my report:
Excellent recipe!!! The relish was especially refreshing after a rainy, humid summer day. I did change the bread slightly - just rubbing the grilled bread with a garlic clove seemed rather boring, so I spread a small amount of butter on each slice, mixed with some of the liquid from bottled garlic, then grilled it. Certainly a worthwhile variation to garlic toast.
A few other comments: It's real easy to overcook flank steak & it seems to continue cooking slightly after removing from the grill; I stuck to the time recommended in the recipe & ended up with perfectly cooked medium-rare to medium steak. I also become slightly generous http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif whenever pepper is called for, so the relish had a nice kick to it. Definitely a keeper & will likely make again.

I made the flank steak this weekend. It is a keeper, although next time I will use a different cut of beef (probably a rib eye), because flank steaks are so large. I really liked the relish... it was even good in the tomato-free portion that my husband ate. I would serve the relish with a lot of steak or chicken dishes, particularly those that are grilled. It's simple to make, and very tasty. Instead of rubbing garlic on the bread, I mixed the garlic w/some olive oil and brushed it on.
