Sorry....I couldn't resist.

I got a totally new hair style/cut today and my stylist did a fabulous job. I look great!

I give credit to her natural talent and skill as a hairdresser and any other supernatural beings who may have influenced said results! ;)

I totally echo this! My hairstylist is awesome too! She wasn't awesome to me today, but I'm sure she will be at some point in the future! :D

I am thrilled that we live in a society that is so tolerant of multiple hairstylists!

I think we should organize missionary trips and bring our multihairstylistic beliefs to the heathens!

Anyone with me?? :D

You all gave me a great laugh!

I am sorry but I didn't/haven't taken any pics!

But my hair was getting toooooooo long and damaged, I kept putting off the change by putting my hair up in a ponytail while we spent our summer days at the beach.

But with a friend's 40th bday party this weekend and school starting, I felt I MUST get my act together. So I cut inches, got many layers, "sideswept bangs", etc. And, even better, I was able to replicate it today!

I find this thread offensive to people who don't have hair.

I'll jump in here and say that I finally found my hair stylist after almost a year! I've worked with her for almost 10 years and all of sudden last fall I tried to make an appointment with her and she no longer worked there. I settled for someone else and it was adequate. Then I opened that paper not too long ago (just in time to need another appointment) and found an ad with her picture saying "Looking for me?" She's at a new salon and I'm so glad to have found her!!

It is such an ordeal for me. I have real separation anxiety when it comes to hair stylists. Since graduating from college, I've only had about 4 or 5 but it stresses me out to think of finding someone new.

My father is very nearly bald and yet I think he will rejoice with me when he sees the happiness that a quality hairstyle has brought into my life.

;) :D ;) :D

Post a pic! I know how you feel! I just got a new cut/color too, and I love it- I had the same problem, my hair was all dry and messed up- I went for a big change to- light blonde to dark reddish brown- I feel like a new woman!
